Lies the heaven made for me

Lies all the beauty of the night
Within your kiss, all doubt takes flight
See, I am yours and you are mine
Our love grows great
as our souls intertwine
I'd conquer hell and heaven,
to hold your hand
i'd stop time so that you may understand,
how much you mean to me
how dangerous loneliness can be
thoughts at 11:59 pm
Something tells me
tomorrow will never happen
For today is all that I know
I sit alone
waiting for yesterday to happen

We aren’t different from one another
We all know what failure is
We all know success
Don’t forget about me
I don’t fear being forgotten
I fear that in the process of being forgotten
I won’t do anything to slow it down
There is nothing more dangerous
Than a mind with no imagination
Luckily for us
Imagination is waking up
And we’re becoming special
And we’re becoming successful failures
And you haven’t forgotten me yet
This was a poem about change
There is hope in this world
Because even this poem
turned into something new

This fact is true and I have no doubt
